Rules & Regulations:
To ensure the successful execution of the event, we have the following rules and regulations. PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THEM & SIGN THE CONSENT. Ensure correct spelling of participants' and choreographers' names in the attached application form. Please attach the picture of the choreographer which may be used for Brochure.
1. Volunteers should be present on time as per committed hours.
2. Incase below 18, Emergency Contact Name, Number of Immediate Relation should be Mandatory & contactable.
3. Please be respectful and courteous to all attendees, participants & fellow volunteers.
4. Please follow the instructions of the event coordinators. They should assist with various tasks, including setup, registration, crowd management, and cleanup.
5. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for the event.
6.Volunteers will be provided refreshments & Certifcate of Participation upon completion of Event.
